They mature the Navy strength gin in charred new American oak casks for 3 to 6 months, resulting in warming, nutty notes that complement the existing powerful juniper and citrus elements.

Almond, walnut and juicy grapefruit. A good whack of oily juniper develops behind hints of brown sugar and cinnamon. Subtly floral at points.
