The Lakes Whisky
The Lakes Single Malt Signature
The first permanent single malt from The Lakes Distillery and a proper introduction to their bold, sherry-soaked style. Rich layers of dark chocolate, dried fruit and gentle spice. It's their benchmark, and a very good one at that.
"The Lakes Signature Single Malt is the distillery showcasing its sherried house style with aplomb. Rich with dried fruit, spice, and nutty goodness, it's a whisky worthy of becoming the brand's first permanently available expression."

The Lakes Whiskymaker's Editions Equinox
A seasonal dram in whisky form. Think orchard fruit, sweet spice, and a golden-hour glow. Bottled at 46.6% ABV with no chill filtration and no colour added, just like nature intended.
Adnams Whisky
Adnams Single Malt Whisky
Made just metres from the Suffolk coast, Adnams Single Malt is crafted from 100% East Anglian barley and aged in new French oak casks. It’s fresh, fruity, and rich in butterscotch goodness.
"A unique and tasty young English single malt whisky, Adnams isn't just cracking at brewing up beers, it's a dab hand at distilling too! Expect intriguing notes of orchard fruits, bubblegum, sweeties, and spicy caramel here."

Filey Bay
Filey Bay Flagship
Straight from the Yorkshire coast, this light and sunny single malt is packed with bourbon-cask honey, vanilla, and soft stone fruit. If Scotch had a beach house, it would taste like this.
"Filey Bay Flagship offers fantastic flavours of peachy fruits, honeycomb and gingerbread. The finish showcases more floral and citrussy aromas with a hint of vanilla."

Spirits buyer, but in French (& sometimes Mandarin)
Woven Whisky
Woven Experience N.22 Pastures New
Woven’s Pastures New is the first-ever blended English whisky. A riot of styles from Adnams, White Peak, Copper Rivet, Cooper King, Fielden, and Cotswolds, it marries for 75 days in a hogshead to deliver a bold, layered whisky.
"Taking English whisky into new and exciting uncharted territory, this is a marriage of whiskies from a whole host of top English distilleries, masterfully composed by the gang at Woven. Packed with toffee apples, porridge, marmalade, and warming spices."

Fielden
Fielden Rye Whisky
Once known as the Oxford Artisan Distillery, now Fielden. Still pioneering, still using heritage grains, now up in Yorkshire. A savoury, spicy rye made with absolute conviction and zero chemicals.
"Fielden is a very easy to drink rye whisky. On the palate, it displays notes of fresh ripe apricot intertwined with sweet flavours of caramel and honey and a finish reminiscent of peppercorn spice."
Michael Monte
Spirits buyer, but in French (& sometimes Mandarin)
Fielden Harvest 2019
Harvest 2019 Rye Whisky is the first edition in a new annual series celebrating Fielden’s grain harvest, expressing the distinct and differing characteristics of its heritage grains. The headline is this: it's very tasty English rye whisky. But if you want to learn more about the whisky and the story behind the Fielden brand then head to our blog now!
Nose Floral as in orange blossoms and roses, herbal and herbaceous, candy floss, buttery and milky (banana yoghurt), raspberries and other fresh berries (not dark ones though), fresh ginger and apricot.
Palate: Refreshing herbs and delicate summer fruits (raspberries, apricots), soft pastries: brioche bun, cream and greengage Clafouti. Medium body compared to the fuller-bodied core Fielden expression.
Finish: A hint of white peppercorn, fresh ginger feeling and long-lasting lemon thyme.
That Boutique-y Whisky Company
English Rye 8 Year Old (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)
A banger of a rye. Think marzipan, fudge, spice and black pepper, all wrapped up in a wonderfully complex dram. A proper bargain to boot, and a benchmark of how far English whisky has come.
"England's legacy as a whisky-making nation was nearly lost but is undeniably back in strength with rye, corn and malt whiskies being produced from Wooler to Worlds End. This bottling showcases the diversity and complexity of the re-emerging world of English Whisky."
