St. Lucia Distilleries

St. Lucia Distillers is set in the scenic landscapes of St. Lucia, a Caribbean island. Founded in Roseau Valley in 1972, it emerged from the merging of two historic distilleries, Dennery and Roseau. This distillery is known for its excellent rums, thanks to its skilled craftsmanship. These include Chairman’s Reserve and Bounty.

Chairman’s Reserve, a leading product, shows the island's rich variety. It is well-known globally for its unique blend of aged rums. The process includes ageing Coffey and pot still rums separately, then mixing and ageing them again. This method gives Chairman's Reserve a unique taste, balancing bold flavours and smoothness.

Bounty Rum, on the other hand, captures St. Lucia's essence. Known for its clean, medium body, it is a key part of the island’s celebrations, loved by locals and visitors. More than a drink, Bounty Rum symbolises St. Lucian unity and joy.

St. Lucia Distillers isn’t just about making rum. It skilfully uses local ingredients and traditional methods, reflecting the island’s spirit in every bottle. The use of local molasses and pure rainforest water is crucial for the authentic taste and quality of their rums.
