Greensand Ridge

Greensand Ridge is a micro-distillery based Shipbourne, Kent, located in the stables of a Victorian coach house. Founder Will Edge had been brewing and cider making as a hobby for many years, but took the leap into distilling with Greensand Ridge - and has done so with careful consideration of sustainability. The distillery uses 100% renewable energy, and works with farmers to use their surplus crops as ingredients to mitigate food waste. Their Raspberry Ghost, for example, is made with raspberries that are too imperfect for supermarkets, but they're just the ticket for a raspberry eau-de-vie!
