Fynoderee

Paul and Tiffany Kerruish founded The Fynoderee Distillery in 2017, with an aim to create spirits with genuine Manx provenance from their Isle of Man home. Starting from their garden shed, the duo have built a brand that creates gins, rums, and vodka, with a single malt whisky, Ushtey Bea Fynoderee, on the way. The name is inspired by The Fynoderee Folklore Story, a traditional Manx legend of a large, hairy creature resembling a Bigfoot-like figure that can shape-shift into various animal forms, from a bull to a horse. The Fynoderee is also often depicted as a protector of the natural world, particularly the forests and wildlife of the Isle of Man.
