Santo Grau Coronel Xavier Chaves Cachaça
This Cachaça from the Santo Grau range was allowed to rest for six months in underground stone tanks which have been coated in paraffin. The name comes from what is thought to be the oldest sugarcane mill in Brazil, located in Minas Gerais.

Zesty lime and orange, with maple syrup and drying notes of cacao following on.
