1. THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company registration number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom. 

2. THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms and to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.

3. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entry must be in the UK. Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees of MoM or any of its associated companies (nor their immediate families). MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or entrant who it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition, and to discard any entry which reflects any such conduct.

4. ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 UK time on 16 February 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 29 March 2026 (the entry period). 

5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible individuals must purchase a product from the list of products below from www.masterofmalt.com during the entry period. Each bottle of qualifying product represents a different number of entries entered into the competition as outlined below. Please note the prize trip that you have a chance to win will depend on the brand of product that you purchase. The qualifying products are as follows (the qualifying products):

For a purchase to be a qualifying entry: (i) it must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment approved and order confirmation received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) it must be made on and subject to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (a qualifying entry). Multiple entries are permitted! Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion.

6. WINNER(S): MoM will choose 6 winners who will jointly win first place, 2 winners who will jointly win second place and 5 winners who will jointly win third place out of all the qualifying entries. 

Shortly after the entry period expires, MoM will collate all qualifying entries and separate them based on the brand of whisky purchased. Out of all qualifying entries for each whisky brand, one winner will be selected at random and awarded 1st place. Therefore, there will be 6 winners awarded first place in total. Each winner awarded 1st place will win one prize trip corresponding to the brand of whisky they purchased. For example, if a bottle of Aberfeldy is purchased, that qualifying entry will be grouped with all other Aberfeldy entries, and if the entrant is then selected as the winner, the corresponding prize trip will be the Aberfeldy Distillery prize trip detailed below. Winners will not be able to win or choose the Aberfeldy Distillery prize trip if they entered the competition by purchasing a bottle of Glen Scotia. In addition, MoM will also choose 2 winners who will jointly win second place and 5 winners who will jointly win third place from all of the qualifying entries received. The selection of the winners made and prizes awarded will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.  

FIRST PLACE PRIZES: Each winner awarded first place will win one prize trip corresponding to the brand of qualifying product that they purchased to enter the competition. The prize trip for each brand shall be as follows:

• Talisker Distillery prize trip: This prize trip is provided and organised by Diageo Great Britain Limited via their third party agent Element London LTD. The winner awarded 1st place will win a 2 day 1-night trip for 2 people (i.e. the winner can bring a guest provided the guest is 18 years or older) to the Talisker Distillery located in Carbost, Scotland. The prize trip shall include the following:
  • • economy return flights from all major commercial mainland UK airports to Inverness for two people (if required). The luggage allowance includes one small underseat bag and one item of cabin baggage for Diageo (size and weight restrictions shall apply);
    • return private airport transfers from Inverness to Skye for two people;
    • standard hotel accommodation for one night at The Three Chimneys, based on the winner and their guest sharing a double/twin suite with complimentary breakfast, subject to availability. Please note that the final accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
    • complimentary 5-course tasting menu meal for two with a complimentary bottle of house wine at The Three Chimneys at Talisker, including service charge; 
    • complimentary lunch for two at a restaurant or cafe on the day of departure, up to a maximum value of £30 per person including service charge;
    • complimentary discovery tour for two people at the Talisker distillery;
    • 1 x signed bottle of Talisker Distillers Edition (70cl),  1 x bottle of Talisker Distillery Exclusive (70cl), 2 x Talisker Glencairn Glasses,  1 x Talisker Cap and 1 x Tote Bag, all of which will be delivered to the winner’s residential address.
• Bunnahabhain Distillery prize trip: This prize trip is provided and organised by CVH Spirits LTD. The winner will win a 2 day 1-night trip for 2 people to the Bunnahabhain Distillery located in Islay, Scotland. The prize trip shall include the following:
• • economy return flights from all major commercial mainland UK airports to Islay for two people (if required);
  • standard hotel accommodation for one night at a hotel located in Islay, Scotland, based on the winner and their guest sharing a double/twin room. The accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole and absolute discretion;
  • complementary breakfast, lunch and dinner included on day 1 of the trip and breakfast and lunch included on day 2 of the trip (restrictions may apply). This includes a complimentary lunch for two at the Bunnahabhain distillery and a complimentary evening meal for two with complimentary Bunnahabhain drams;
  • complimentary private tour and tasting for two in Warehouse 9 located at the Bunnahabhain distillery;
  • visit to either Machir Bay (Singing Sands) or the Bowmore Village High Street with standard transfer for two included to and from hotel;
  • visit to Kildalton Cross with standard transfer for two included to and from hotel;
  • and
  • free delivery of any bottles purchased at the distillery to the winners home address.
• Glen Scotia Distillery prize trip: This prize trip is provided and organised by Loch Lomond Distillers Limited. The winner will win a 3-day 2-night trip for 2 people to the Glen Scotia Distillery located in Campbeltown, Scotland. The prize trip shall include the following:
  • economy return flights from all major commercial mainland UK airports to Glasgow for two people (if required);
  • onward economy return travel from Glasgow to Campbeltown via LoganAir (if required);
  • standard hotel accommodation. The hotel accommodation is likely to be either two nights at The Royal Hotel located in Campbeltown or one night in The Royal Hotel, located in Campbeltown, and one night in Glasgow Holiday Inn Express located at Glasgow Airport, subject to availability. The accommodation will be based on the winner and their guest sharing a double/twin room and will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
  • complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner for two people at the Royal Hotel. The complimentary lunch will be pre-paid and capped at £20 per person and the complimentary dinner will be pre-paid and capped at £60 per person;
  • complimentary Glen Scotia Distillery Tour, Dunnage Warehouse Tasting, and Historical Walking Tour of Campbeltown for two people. Please note that the foregoing activities are all subject to availability, the timing of the year and the dates of the trip; and 
  • 1 x complimentary engraved bottle of 2026 Glen Scotia Festival Release, which shall be sent to the winner’s residential address.
• Aberfeldy Distillery prize trip: This prize trip is provided and organised by Bacardi Limited. The winner will win a 2-days 1-night trip for 2 people to the Aberfeldy Distillery located in Central Perthshire, Scotland. The prize trip shall include the following:
  • economy return flights from all major commercial mainland UK airports to Glasgow for two people (if required);
  • standard hotel accommodation for one night at The Townhouse, located in Aberfeldy, subject to availability. The accommodation will be provided based on the winner and their guest sharing a double/twin room and will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
  • complimentary lunch and dinner on day 1 of the trip, and, complimentary breakfast the following day will be provided for two people;
  • if the trip is booked during the working week only, the winner and their guest will receive a private, behind the scenes tour with the Aberfeldy Distillery advocacy team. If the trip is scheduled so that the winner and their guest are on the trip during the weekend, the winner and their guest will enjoy a complimentary premium public tour of the distillery, and also receive some complimentary special drams;
  • optional guided walk to the beautiful Birks of Aberfeldy walk; and
  • 1 x complimentary distillery exclusive engraved self-fill bottle, subject to availability and chosen by Aberfeldy Distillery. If the self-fill isn’t available, Aberfeldy Distillery will provide an alternative bottle chosen at their sole discretion (which will also be engraved).
• Bonnington Distillery prize trip: This prize trip is provided and organised by Halewood Artisanal Spirits PLC. The winner will win a 2-day 1-night trip for 2 people to the Bonnington Distillery located in Leith, Scotland. The prize trip shall include the following:
  • standard return train travel for two people from the nearest train station to the winner to Edinburgh Waverly station (if required);
  • standard hotel accommodation for one night at Malmaison located on the Leith Shore (where John Crabbie began and 90% of Scotch Whisky historically was exported from), subject to availability. The accommodation will be provided based on the winner and their guest sharing a double/twin room and will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
  • a voucher for a meal for two at The Shore Bar & Restaurant (the value of the voucher shall be determined by the prize provider in their sole discretion);
  • a complimentary exclusive working distillery tour for two people, which has never previously been open to the public. This will include a tour around the distillery, and a tasting of the distillery’s most iconic releases, as well as some currently unreleased variations.
  • 1 x complimentary limited edition bottle from the distillery for the winner, chosen in the distillery’s sole and absolute discretion.
• Benriach Distillery prize trip: This prize trip is provided and organised by Brown-Forman Beverages Europe Limited via their third party agent Element London LTD. The winner will win a 3-day 2-night trip for 2 people to the Benriach Distillery located in Inverness, Scotland. The prize trip will include the following: 
  • economy return flights from all major commercial mainland UK airports to Inverness, Scotland, for two people (if required);
  • return private airport or train station transfers for two people from Inverness to accommodation;
  • standard hotel accommodation for two nights at a luxury 4* hotel accommodation located within Aberlour, subject to availability. The accommodation will be provided based on the winner and their guest sharing a double/twin room. The accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
  • complimentary breakfast for two people at the hotel for both days of stay;
  • 2 x tickets for the Benriach experience distillery tour and tasting;
  • one-day electric bike hire for two bikes, on a day of the winner’s choice during the trip;
  • complimentary seven-course tasting menu dinner at the hotel’s fine dining restaurant, including drinks and service charge; and
  • £500 spending money for the winner only.

Please note all of the first place prize trips will be provided by the owner and proprietor of the relevant distillery (as further detailed above). All travel and accommodation arrangements and excursions or other activities relating to the prize trips will be the sole responsibility of the relevant prize provider. MoM will not be responsible for any failure or delay in any travel or accommodation arrangements or for the failure or delay of any excursions or activities. 

7. SECOND PLACE PRIZES: The two winners awarded second place, will each win a prize bundle consisting of: 

• • a 70cl bottle of Talisker Distillers Edition;
  • a 70cl bottle of Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old Cask Strength;
  • a 70cl bottle of Bonnington Single Malt Peated Muscat;
  • a 70cl bottle of Glen Scotia Festival Release 2026 7yo, Medium Peated Ruby Port Finish;
  • a 70cl bottle of Aberfeldy 25 Year Old – 125th Anniversary; and
  • a 70cl bottle of Benriach The Twelve

8. THIRD PLACE PRIZES: The five winners awarded third place will each win a Regions of Scotland Tasting Set with Glass.  All prizes are strictly non-negotiable and not transferable and cannot be exchanged for the equivalent cash value or other items. Your attention is also drawn to section 9 below regarding booking and trip restrictions below.

9. IMPORTANT BOOKING AND TRIP CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO ALL PRIZE TRIPS: The following additional restrictions apply to all prize trips:

• The prize package is for two people; The winner and their guest must both be 18 years of age or older and residents of the UK;
• The economy return flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; The flight itinerary will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion. The  flights will not include any baggage allowance (either checked in bags or carry on), the option to preselect seats or any other additional extras;
• A valid credit or debit card for incidentals may be required to guarantee your room on check in and therefore at least one of the travellers must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card;
• All elements of the prize are subject to availability. If any element of the prize is unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and equal monetary value may be offered at the prize provider’s sole discretion;
• The trips cannot be booked on or during the Christmas period (i.e. any dates between 20 December – 2 January (inclusive)),  Easter Sunday, and any UK bank holidays.
• All costs or expenses not listed in the relevant part of paragraph 7 that are incurred by the winners and their guest (where applicable) in taking up the prize trips shall be the sole responsibility of the winners and their guest. Winners and guests are encouraged to take out appropriate travel insurance.  
• The winners and their guests will be solely responsible for ensuring that they will be available to travel, and that they will hold all necessary passports, visas and travel documents incidental to the fulfilment of the prize on the dates specified.
• Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled.
• All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel; any necessary visas and travel insurance are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
• If the winner and/or their guest elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package.
• Prizes must be taken in accordance with any applicable government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel. Any arrangements and additional costs required in connection with any COVID-19 testing, quarantine accommodation or anything else  will be the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

10. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The name of the winners will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable following selection. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If any winner cannot be contacted and has not claimed the prize within 5 days of MoM making reasonable attempts to contact them, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative qualifying entry and to offer the relevant prize to another entrant. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to claim the prize within the time limit set out above. MoM may contact the winners for feedback in respect of the competition and/or any prize and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  MoM shall not be responsible for any purchase which does not qualify you for entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). Insofar as is permitted by law, none of MoM, its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winners and/or their guests for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including in taking up any prize trip or other prize), except where caused by the proven negligence of MoM, its employees, and/or its authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

12. PRIZE PROVIDERS’ PRIVACY POLICY: Each winner will be required to get in touch with the relevant prize provider in order for them to make the necessary travel and other arrangements for the trip. Once the winners’ details are with the relevant prize provider, the relevant prize provider will act as data controller for such personal data and will process the personal data subject to their Privacy Policy. 13. GENERAL: These terms shall be governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
