Blue Ridge Virginia Distillery Competition 2026 T&Cs

1. THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company registration number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom. 
2. THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms and to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom (UK). To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entry must be in the UK.  Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees of MoM or any of its associated companies (nor their immediate families). MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or entrant who it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition, and to discard any entry which reflects any such conduct.
4. ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 UK time on 13 APRIL 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 26 APRIL 2026 (the entry period). 
5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible individuals must within the entry period purchase one of the following products listed below from www.masterofmalt.com (each a qualifying product). Please note each qualifying product represents a different number of entries into the competition as outlined below. The qualifying products and corresponding number of entries for each qualifying product are set out below: Virginia Distillery Co. Blue Ridge Toasted Oak ASM – 3 entries per bottle; Virginia Distillery Co. Cabernet Cask Select (70cl • 46.5%) – 1 entry per bottle; Virginia Distillery Co. Port Cask Reserve (70cl • 46.5%) – 1 entry per bottle; Virginia Distillery Co. Cider Cask Finish (70cl • 46.5%) – 1 entry per bottle; Courage & Conviction Signature Malt (70cl • 46%) – 1 entry per bottle; Courage & Conviction Sherry Cask (70cl • 46%) – 1 entry per bottle; Courage & Conviction Bourbon Cask (70cl • 46%) – 1 entry per bottle; Courage & Conviction Cuvée Cask (70cl • 46%) – 1 entry per bottle. Multiple entries are permitted! For a purchase to be a qualifying entry: (i) it must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment approved and order confirmation received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) it must be made on and subject to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (a qualifying entry). Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion.
6. WINNERS: MoM will choose two winners who will be awarded 1st and 2nd place prizes after the entry period ends. The winners will be chosen at random out of all qualifying entries and will be awarded 1st and 2nd place prizes in order in which they are selected. The selection of the winners will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.   
7. THE PRIZE: The winner awarded 1st place will win (1) one 70cl bottle of Virginia Distillery Co. Blue Ridge Toasted Oak ASM, (2) one 70cl bottle of Virginia Distillery Co. Cabernet Cask Select, (3) one 70cl bottle of Virginia Distillery Co. Port Cask Reserve, and (4) one 70cl bottle of Virginia Distillery Co. Cider Cask Finish. The winner awarded 2nd place will win one 70cl bottle of Virginia Distillery Co. Blue Ridge Toasted Oak ASM. The prizes are inclusive of packaging and carriage to a valid UK address. The prizes are provided by Atom Supplies Limited, and will be shipped by MoM. The prizes are strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for any other items. MoM reserves the right to substitute the prizes with alternative prizes of equal or greater value in its sole and absolute discretion.
8. UK SHIPPING ONLY: The prizes can only be delivered to a valid address within the United Kingdom provided by each winner.
9. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The winners will be selected after the entry period expires. The names of the winners will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable following selection. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If a winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed the prizes within 5 days of MoM making reasonable attempts to contact them, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative qualifying entry and to offer that winner’s prize(s) to another entrant. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to claim the prize within the time limit set out above. MoM may contact the winners and entrants for feedback in respect of the competition and/or prizes and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MoM shall not be responsible for any purchase which does not qualify you for entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). MoM shall not be responsible for delivery of any prize to an incorrect or incomplete address. MoM will not be able to ship the prize to any winner who is not able to provide a valid shipping address in the United Kingdom. In the event a winner is unable to provide a valid UK shipping address, MoM will offer their prize(s) to another eligible entrant picked at random.  Insofar as is permitted by law, none of MoM, Virginia Distillery Company, nor any of their agents, employees, and/or representatives shall be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or any winner for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including in taking up any prize), except where caused by the proven negligence of MoM, Virginia Distillery Company, or any of their employees, and/or authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
11. GENERAL: All decisions relating to this competition will be made in MoM’s absolute discretion and will be final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into. Should a social media channel be used in connection with this competition, MoM confirms that this competition is not sponsored or endorsed by the relevant social media platform, and that said social media platform is in no way affiliated or associated with MoM. By entering this competition, users agree to release that social media channel from any and all liability related to this competition. These Terms are governed by English law. The parties agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.
