Some of South Africa's best white wines are blends usually based on chenin blanc with some other varieties, here they are joined by chardonnay and viognier. The high acidity chenin keeps everything fresh while the chardonnay and viognier bring ripe stone fruit flavours and body to the blend. This is a great all-rounder of a whine but we think it would be particularly good with Vietnamese food.
Apricot, green apple and pineapple, so fresh and zingy with a little weight on the finish.
