Viña Sol is a stone cold Catalan classic that's been made by Torres since 1960s. It's blend of parellada and grenache blanca, and made in a style that emphasises freshness and fruit. There's no better wine to conjure up the spirit of a Spanish summer especially when served with a big plate of spicy prawns.
