This expression from The Emissary was made exclusively using grapes from the famed DOCG Asolo region, well-known for its excellent winemaking environment. The Glera grapes used for this one are grown on the hill of the Cornuda estate, in clay-rich soil. An excellent, expressive Prosecco.
Big helpings of fresh fruit and fragrant honey. A splash of citrus sharpness is mellowed by soft florals and a pinch of baking spice.
