The first release from The Emissary is this fantastic DOC Prosecco! The grapes for this expression were grown on south-facing hills with a balanced mixture of silt, salt and clay in the soil. Very little sugar is added to this one during the winemaking process, resulting in a dry and light Prosecco, excellent for late afternoon sipping.
Spring blossom, dried peels, softly drying minerality with a touch of toasted bread.

Excellent quality Prosecco from this small producer, full mouthfeel and lingering taste. I've tried others in the range which all deliver quality, what I like is the dry finish.
