Sometimes you just have to go for a magnum, especially when it's as good as this. Margaret River in Western Australia - the bit that's very far away from Sydney - is home to some of the country's best wines, especially cabernet sauvignons. Try this with a rib of beef, and invite all your friends over.
Sweet fruit, plums and blueberries on the palate, with soft tannins, and it's just taking on some baking spices and a menthol/tobacco note.
