Superb South African red wine from Rall, produced with the 2020 harvest of Cinsault grapes. The grapes were harvested from Rall's Swartland and Darling vineyards, feremented in whole bunches before resting in concrete until bottling. Delicious notes of sweet red fruits mean this ought to pair very nicely with a nice steak, or grilled cheese.
Lots of sweet red fruit with cherries, redcurrants and a touch of tangy cranberry. Chewy, herbal depth with wafts of tea and black cherry.
