
Top of the range wine from Argentina's great Pulenta Estate. This is made from a blend of malbec, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, petit verdot, and tannat. It's aged for 18 months in new French oak and has spent just over three years in bottle so while crammed with youthful fruit and spice, it's tannins have mellowed considerably. If you're thinking of investing in some a rib of beef, then look no further for an accompaniment.
Intense dark fruit like plums and blackcurrants with ripe tannins, cloves, cardamom and vanilla, plus aromatic violet and herbal notes. Very long.
