
Top notch Californian chardonnay here from Sonoma made by a Paul Hobbs. It uses only handpicked estate grown grapes and it's aged in French oak casks. If you like a rich style of chardonnay, like Meursault, then look no further. This would be superb with lobster if you're feeling fancy.
Pineapple, peach, apple and orange on the palate combine with richer notes of toffee, hazelnut, and custard. Very very long and complex.
