
From the excellent Okanagan Crush Pad winery in Canada comes this 2018 skin contact Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes were grown in Summerland in the Okanagan Valley and fermented in stainless steel tanks, before spending nine months ageing on the skins in ancient clay amphoras and a further two months in concrete tanks after pressing.
Bursting with tropical grapefruit and guava with a defined salinity and a long, briny finish. A perfect wine with food.
