This right here is the 2017 vintage Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine from British winemakers, Nyetimber, in West Sussex. Delicate aromas of fragrant lemon, orange, apple, and apricot decorate a base of satisfying buttered toast notes, which continue on the palate with a soft mousse and a touch of minerals. This pure Chardonnay expression was the first style to be released by Nyetimber back when they started in the early 1990s, and it's an excellent English sparkler.
Delicate, creamy bubbles, zesty lemon peels, sweet apples, elegant florals, and buttery shortbread, with flinty minerality nestling beneath.
