
A non vintage Brut sparkling wine made using the Champagne method, this is a refreshing, crisp sparkler with lovely fruit flavours and pastry hints on the nose. This is made with Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. The grapes are grown in Marlborough and Hawkes Bay, and they undergo malolactic fermentation. They recommend you cellar this for up to 2 years.
