Description

Superb 2024 vintage Catalan white wine from the Marco Abella winery, produced from a blend of grenache and macabeo grapes. Grapes are harvested in small batches from various plots and fermented separately, before resting in steel vats, to preserve the vibrant fruit character. Crisp fruits, citrus zest, and a touch of salty minerality make this a good match for sushi and seafood dishes.

Overall

Orchard fruits lead with crisp apple and pear, floral honey, and sweet, zesty lemon balm. A touch of melon beneath, with soft salinity and herbal minerality.
