Magnifico Primitivo di Manduria Rosso Fuoco 2022 75cl

Primitivo, a southern Italian grape, is the same as California's Zinfandel. It originally came from Croatia, where it's known as Crljenak kaštelansk. Doesn't exactly roll off the tongue, does it? You can see why the Americans and the Italians decided to call it something else. Wherever it's grown, it makes big, ripe crowd-pleasing wines like this Puglia example. As the name suggests, it's simply Magnifico!
