From Le Salette comes the 2017 vintage Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico, made with five grape varieties: corvina, rondinella, croatina, oseleta, and dindarella. The wine was aged in Slovenian oak casks for 30 months before bottling, making this Italian red wine perfect with rich pasta ragus.
