The world of Formula 1 motoring got even more confusing a few years ago when top Northern Italian sparkling wine producer got the sparkling wine contract. Ferrari meets Ferrari. No matter, this is a lovely bit of fizz, made from 100% chardonnay using the same method as a certain sparkling wine made on the other side of the Alps. In short, this is much too good to spray around.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Appley nose, saline and fresh. Refreshing fruit in the mouth with a delicate fizz, then some flakey pastry notes and a full creamy finish.
