Another fabulous Rioja from Faustino, the 2014 vintage of the Faustino V Reserva showcases a core of Tempranillo with a smidge of Mazuelo in there too. The wine spent 16 months in American white oak barrels from Missouri before it was whacked into this rather chic bottle, so it's sufficiently fruity and spicy.
A balsamic hint leads into juicy blueberry, roasted coffee bean and toasted spices.
