Fabulous Rioja from Faustino – it's the 2010 vintage of the Faustino I Gran Reserva! Produced with a medley of Tempranillo, Graciano, and Mazuelo grapes, the wine is aged in American and French oak for at least 26 months before bottling, to achieve a gentle barrel influence and a silky texture. It's a real classic this – ideal to enjoy with some nice tapas or mushroom risotto!
A complex array of cherries, berries, and wild fruit. Wafts of smoked meat, leather, and light smoky oak finish up with a gentle minerality.
