Exton Park makes some great English sparkling wines in Hampshire. This is a non-vintage blend made from 60% pinot noir and 40% chardonnay with around 80% of the blend coming from mature reserve wines.
Orangey fruit on the nose, touch of marmalade about this and honey. Lovely fruit on the palate. So fresh and citric. Great purity here. Small bubbles and well judged acidity and maturity too. It's just beginning to take on a little yeast and baked bread.
