This is the 2015 vintage Pinot Gris produced by Domaine Zind-Humbrecht from their vines in Turckheim. These vines were planted in the 1980s and 1990s, and are reaching their adulthood now, meaning it's easier for the winemakers to control the botrytis, allowing them to aim for a drier style of wine.
Dry and somewhat spicy, with a touch of apricot for balance.
