A top white wine from the Burgundy region, this 2018 vintage Saint-Veran from Domaine de la Croix Senaillet is produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes! Its balance of ripe fruit and mineral notes means it's a fabulous pairing with seafood.
Crisp green apple, with candied white flowers, nectarine and lychee alongside a burst of citrus, backed up by mineral undertones.
