Description
If you love Brunello di Montalcino but don't want to a) spend lots of money b) wait 5-10 years for the wine to mature then you need a Rosso di Montalcino. It's made from the same grapes but in a more easy-drinking style. Try this with beef shin and peppercorn ragu.
