Feast your eyes upon Château Siaurac Lalande de Pomerol from the superb 2020 vintage. Lalande de Pomerol just outside the extremely famous (and expensive) commune of Pomerol, and offers some of richness and intensity of its more famous neighbour. This is made with 80% merlot, 15% cabernet franc and 5% malbec. Try it with roast beef.
Plums, strawberry jam, flint last the whole way through, dense cherry notes, cinnamon and black pepper.
