Another brilliant sparkling wine from Chapel Down's Kit's Coty collection, this Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling Chardonnay made with grapes hand-harvested from the 95-acre Kit's Coty vineyard on the North Downs of Kent. 29% of the blend is matured in barrel before being left to age on its lees for three-and-a-half years, giving the wine bready, buttery notes as well as fresh tropical fruitiness.
