A splendid sparkling white wine from Domaine Fournillon in Burgundy, Crémant de Bourgogne is made using the same methods as Champagne. The result is a glorious sipper with a good crisp character and delicate bubbles – ideal for a celebration, it'll accompany canapés perfectly.
