Pinot grigio, or pinot gris as it's known in France, makes the classic everyday drinking wine of Northern Italy. This would be nice drunk chilled with spicy prawns. It's also great in cocktails like a Bicicletta - white wine, Campari, and fizzy water.
Green apples, rose petal, very clean and fresh with a little ginger spice on the finish.
