Meaty powerful red made from 100% monastrell aka mouverdre grown in Yecla near Alicante in Southern Spain. This was matured in oak for six months for smoothness and spice. This would be splendid with roast lamb.
Black cherry and bramble with rosemary, cloves, cardamom and a little vanilla.
