From Bat Gara comes the 2019 vintage Txakoli Uno, predominantly produced from hondarrabi zuri, a grape variety native to Spain's Basque Country, with a very small amount of riesling in there too. Crisp and refreshing, an ideal aperitif, or drink with lots of delicious shellfish.
Subtly flinty notes, with ripe orchard fruit, a hint of lemon, and hazelnut.
