An impressive Greek white wine from Santorini's Artemis Karamolegos produced from the native aidani grape. The 2020 vintage includes fruit from three vineyards, with one portion harvested earlier to retain a level of acidity while the rest ripens further for more intense, aromatic character. Top stuff with a fish supper.
A sweet array of honey and stone fruits on the nose leads to a bold minerality on the palate. Notes of mandarin and floral tea, honey, and smoked herbs, with a bold, briny texture.
