Antinori San Giovanni Della Sala Orvieto 2018
Made by the great Tuscan merchant house of Antinori just over the border in neighbouring Umbria, this wine elevates shows how good Orvieto, often just an ordinary trattoria sort of of white, can be. It's made from a blend of grechetto and procanico grapes alongside viognier and pinot blanc to make a ripe full white wine that would be great with all kinds of fish dishes.
