A Signatory Cask Strength Collection bottling of Tormore single malt, aged in a pair of hogshead casks for 24 years. The aforementioned hogshead were laid down in April 1992 and cracked open in January 2017, producing only 158 bottles.
Toasted walnut, caramel, brown sugar and ginger.
Citrus peel sweetness develop. Peppercorn, baking spice and brioche.
Butterscotch, marmalade and a hint of floral heather.
