The Lakes Distillery produces some brilliant blends, combining its own single malt with wonderful whiskies from across the British Isles. If you haven't tried the range, this handy triple pack is a fantastic way to familiarise yourself, with a 50ml bottle each of The One Sherry Cask Finished, The One Port Cask Finished, and The One Orange Wine Cask Finished. Excellent stuff!
I fell for your marketing and ordered this threesome taster to get an idea of the blend. I confess I am not generally a blended whisky man but on this occasion - very, VERY enjoyable. Definitely a distillery to consider for future purchases.
