The Irishman Single Malt Irish Whiskey comes, surprisingly, from Ireland. It's a triple distilled expression which is aged in both sherry and bourbon casks for over 10 years before bottling.
Light and fruity on the nose. A little hint of liquorice pops up, as does crumbly vanilla fudge.
A classic pudding of peaches and cream with a sprinkling of crushed up biscuits and almonds.
Fairly long, with oak cropping up near the end.
Superb! A cracking Irish whiskey.

My wife recently vacationed in Ireland and she brought a bottle of The Irishman Single Malt Whiskey home for me. It is by far the best Whiskey I ever had. I'v never tasted anything that smooth. I had to share this with friends and they agreed with me.
Malty, lots of fruity notes, Clean finish. This whiskey is good at 40%. If this were higher proof it might really be awesome.
My son presented me with a bottle of this fine whiskey several years ago and I simply fell in love with it and have been drinking it regularly. The best Single Malt Whiskey I have ever tasted
Beautiful Whiskey but I wish you would spell Whisk(e)y when its Irish with a E. I and my friends though it was Scottish.
