A 33 year old Glenlivet distilled on 13th November 1981 and bottled by Signatory on 30th October 2015. Matured in a single hogshead cask, the outturn was 215 bottles of this delightful single malt at a natural cask strength of 49.8% abv.
Juicy oak and cooked apple, dried apricot, a little creamy caramel.
Fresh orchard fruit, honeycomb polish, orange, hints of clove.
Green apple and barley sugar.
Well matured, fruity and dignified Glenlivet from a single cask.
