From the Glenlivet Distillery comes this 11 year old single malt, distilled in April 2007. It went straight into a first-fill sherry butt, and once 11 years had passed, in February 2019 the whisky was bottled at 46% ABV by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. A very lovely sherried Speysider.
Tropical fruit tang, cinnamon and tart fruit compote.
toasted barley, more baking spices, namely cinnamon and nutmeg with raisin, lemon peel.
A pinch of pepper spice on a well-sherried finish.
