Launched to celebrate the ongoing renaissance of Irish whiskey, the first expression in the range was finished in ex-Madeira casks - this time, the fantastic 18 year old Irish single malt has been finished in ex-Australian Shiraz casks after maturing in ex-bourbon barrels. This has imparted a generous scoop of ripe fruit notes, along with a dusting of vibrant spices. A release of 9,000 bottles.

More juicy cherry notes, supported by strawberries and cream, black pepper, buttery vanilla and sponge cake.
