Single malt from Strathmill distillery here, which joins indie bottler Brave New Spirits' Cask Noir series. This Speyside single cask whisky was distilled in 2011 and matured for 11 years in a STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) white wine barrique. It was bottled in 2022 at cask strength, without added colour or chill filtration.
