A short and dry finish, though pepper spice lingers slightly.

This Bourbon is divine ?
Nose: sweetcorn, maple syrup, light oak, vanilla, a whiff of acetone, lovely spice. Palate: spicy alcohol, sweet toffee, a hint of malt, lightly roasted coffee. Finish: lip-smacking toffee, syrup, a touch of wood and lingering spice. Drink neat.
