A gently-peated French single malt from Rozelieures, distilled from barley harvested from the distillery's own land in south west France. Rare Collection is matured in a trio of sherry, Cognac, and sweet wine casks, giving it a fruity, honeyed flavour profile to balance the delicate smoke.
