The folks at North Star Spirits don't fool about when it comes to bottling up delicious whiskies, including this splendid blended Scotch, named the Tarot Blend. A combo of 2016 vintage malt and grain whiskies sourced from the Edrington portfolio, matured for six years and bottled at a mighty 57.3% ABV. Here's hoping North Star adds more to this series in time... if only we could see into the future.

I'm no expert. Two years into my whiskey journey. This is hot fumes in my nose. Water did not help. Ice was ok but quite indeterminate scotch taste.... ....But neat and tiny sips: it is full of flavour ...but as I'm not qualified to wax lyrical about flavour, I'll leave it there .. One of my current favourites ??
