Bourbon
This is a single cask bottling of 8 year old Mortlach single malt, matured in a bourbon barrel from March 2008 to September 2016. Following that, it was bottled by Signatory for their Cask Strength Collection as part of La Maison du Whisky's 60th Anniversary celebrations. 249 bottles were produced.
Thick waves of floral malt and thyme honey, joined by juicy raisins.
Spiced oak, creamy vanilla and a touch of citrus.
White chocolate, strawberries and Alpine herbs.
