Dried hay and rich barley form the core that salted caramel and sharp green apples emerge from.
Earthy vanilla and thyme honey cover stewed fruits and zesty orange. There's a little rye bread underneath with a prickle of nutmeg and black pepper.
A hint of mint chocolate lingers.
