
Hailing from the Morris distillery, this Australian single malt is produced with local ingredients in Rutherglen, Victoria and aged predominantly in French oak red wine casks. It's bolstered by a finish in the family's own fortified wine barrels, which previously held 15-year-old Morris Cellar Reserve Grand Topaque (Tokay), imparting rich layers of caramel, chocolate and coffee to the fruity malt at its core.
Dried apples and apricots are joined by burnt brown sugar and candied pecans.
Creamy notes of custard and butterscotch, vibrant fruit, and delicate, sweet spice.
Malted Milk biscuits, cinder toffee, mocha, and soaked raisins.
